Good Afternoon,

I think I'll start this blog by being in complete gratitude to our beautiful August weather.  I'm a summer monkey...meaning I adore summer and all that it offers.  Give me heat, heat, and more heat, lots of sun and beachie weather and I'm happy as a pig in a poke.  Today is perfect! Should be at the beach, but as I told you before, I promise that I will post a blog every Monday, so here I am.
Today, I thought I'd share with you what happened to me this morning. It was profound and very powerful and I feel that a  part of me was reacquainted with an early aspect of myself I'd locked up long ago.   First, I'll back it up a bit by reintroducing you to my main character in my books in the White Bird series, Crystal Blue.  As many authors do, I put a bit of my own experiences into my characters back-story, if not for any other reason than it's very cathartic and has helped me deal and heal with many of my past issues.  For Crystal I created her a bit damaged, because frankly, I believe we all are to some extent a bit damaged by our childhood and teenage years, sometimes going into our 20s and 30s.  So, for those of you who've read my first novel Illuminating Crystal, you know that Crystal had a very hard time when she was a preteen after her grandparents moved her and her sister Claire from Ireland to America.  Claire handled the move well, but Crystal didn't and she had help: the kids in school made her life miserable.  I can't divulge any more than that for fear of giving too much of Crystal and her inner conflicts away.
So, back to the present. This morning as Linda and I sat in our living room drinking our morning coffee and knitting, we got to talking about how our past can sometimes define us.  Both she and I are Scorpios and we handle ourselves quietly; it's not common for either of us to share our problems with others, it's just not our style.  I told her there were a few episodes in my early life that I really struggled with and shared with my mother; one in particular was brutal for me to overcome.  If you're a girl you can imagine, and some of you completely understand, what happens when one girl, or worse two or three, decides that she doesn't like you, and if that girl is 'snotty' or  a bit 'mean spirited' by nature and popular with both the boys and the girls, well you're pretty well sunk. Something like this happened to me in the sixth grade. Three girls who'd been my best friends decided I was no longer their friend and worked quite diligently to get as many kids as they could to snub me.  Ouch.  Some people can bounce back from stuff like this, but I couldn't. It hurt like hell and took me years to get over.  In fact, what I realized this morning, that scenario changed me and defined me for many, many years.  Before this, I'd been very confident and out-going with my friends and I felt comfortable being me.  But when my trusting nature was abused I became afraid to show this aspect of myself to the world and I changed, becoming shy and withdrawn, afraid to make new friends fearing they would turn around and do to me what the three girls had done.
You see we'd been a tight group and two of these girls got in a fight, which wasn't unusual as they tended to do this a lot.  But this time they wanted me and the other girl to choose sides, and I wouldn't. I knew that the whole thing would blow over, and plus, I never took sides, I thought it was stupid and harmful.  So then that same day, one of the girls asked me to come to their house, and I did.  Then the next day, they wouldn't speak to me because they said I was a backstabber, which I wasn't and there was nothing I could do or say to change their minds.  I was out.  Without dwelling too much on the particulars, I was outcast for being myself and became afraid of this confident girl, soon, no longer trusting my extincts.
Now, I must say that I have healed this long ago through various ways.  I know that I put these three girls into my life for a reason and they taught me a lot and I forgave them many years ago.
So let's get to the profound and powerful moment.  Like I said, I used to be confident, never worried about anything, and pretty much knew what I was about, and I never questioned it.  That was pre-sixth grade.  This morning, as I began to share with Linda about what happened to me, a powerful memory returned.  I was about 11 or 12 and I was standing in our front yard on our gravel driveway without shoes, I never wore shoes.  As I stood there, looking down the road I thought to myself, I am going to be a writer when I grow up, and if I'm not a writer I'm going to be an artist.  I knew why I came to the planet and there was never a question who I was.  I understood life, people, animals and I wasn't afraid of anything.  Boy, I'll tell you what.  When that memory came at me this morning, I felt transported and I couldn't even talk.  I feel that I was reintroduced to a piece of me I left behind; the girl who wasn't afraid of the dark, of being alone, the true me, the real me.  I was overcome with tears and gratitude and love for me.
I'm a writer, a painter, a gardener, a mother, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a student, a teacher, but most importantly of all, I am me, a divine spirit who's whole and complete.  I am that I am.  And I am grateful to be on the planet at this time, becoming reacquainted with myself ever day.
I would encourage each of you to go back and find a piece of yourself you left behind, whether it was due to a dramatic experience or something else, it's amazing how much passion and power you have when you begin pulling yourself together!

25th ANNIVERSARY OF HARMONIC CONVERGENCE

Greetings Lightworkers!

Yesterday, August 17th was an auspicious day for those of us remembering back twenty-five years ago to the day humanity turned the tables on ancient prophet's predictions, setting events into motion that most likely, if not assuredly, changed the course of humanity. 144,000 souls around the world prayed for peace on this day in a celebration called The Harmonic Convergence, catapulting earth and humanity on a new course: A course of peace.  
The energies of our planet were set up billions of years ago to support human life up until a certain point, Ancient prophesies have said that by the year 2000 humanity would have pretty much annihilated itself. They supposed that between the years 2000 and 2012 the earth would shut down and no living thing would remain.That's the course we were on before August 17 1987....the course of destruction.  But because light workers from around the globe prayed for peace in all types of celebrations, we saved ourselves.  Our reward? Advancement into the Fifth Age, the Age of Illumination.  We can walk into our ascension without destroying ourselves like we've done with all the other ages before.
For more clarification about this day and the festivals celebrated around the world, I'll share with you a snypet from my book, "Illuminating Crystal," where my character, Dr. David Lange, explains this important day and its ramifications to Crystal Blue, the heroine of my novels in the White Bird series.
Here it is for your reading pleasure, taken from page 157 and 158. And please excuse me for not introducing the scene, but I don't want to spoil it for you if you haven't yet read my book:

He (David) shook his head and looked at the papers for a moment. “Twenty-three years ago, an event occurred that changed the course of humanity. A global convergence for peace where hundreds of people from around the planet converged at the same time globally and united for peace,” he looked up from the paper. “If this hadn’t happened, Crystal, a great disaster would have befallen the planet, an apocalypse; the planet would have by now been almost completely shut down. The convergence worked because we’re still here walking, talking and breathing fresh air.” 

David took off his glasses, rubbed his eyes and thought for a moment. “Like other festivals, the Harmonic Convergence started primarily as a celebration of shared values or beliefs. What made the convergence a bit different, however, is that the light worker community came from all over the world, and the uniting beliefs were a mix of the New Age, the Bible and ancient Mayan astronomy. “Because of this celebration, our current situation is different than the ancients predicted.”

      “The convergence apparently had its origin in a book written by Jose Arguelles called “The Mayan Factor.” He argued that at a critical time, the prophecies of the Bible, and Aztec and Mayan calendars indicated the world would either begin a new age or be destroyed. If 144,000 self-chosen people called “light workers” were resonating with peace during this important time, worldwide, Arguelles believed the world could be saved from destruction. The catastrophic events that would lead to the destruction of our world in 2012 would be averted.

“This particular ‘shift’ in human consciousness that occurred as a result of the thousands of souls resonating at the same moment in time with the intention of world peace, raised the vibration of our planet and set us on a new course for, well…enlightenment, I guess. We passed a crucial stage and we may have saved our planet from annihilation. I also know that this shift brought you to us—to me. The planet was ready for you to come.”

Crystal raised her eyebrows and shook her head. “The planet was ready for me? Dude, I don’t know.”

“Once the planet began to vibrate at a higher frequency because of the shift, you came in to help with this new chapter in the course of humanity. There is a purpose for this change, Crystal. It’s all part of the awakening process and, ultimately, peace on earth—something that no one ever dared to dream would be possible. The human contract for life on planet Earth changed, and humans will need to begin vibrating at a higher frequency along with the earths.”

So there you have a basic explanation of what happened on this day twenty-five years ago. I remember that day well, having traveled with my mother at 4 a.m. to a rural town twenty miles outside of Minneapolis: The town of Long Lake.  We were greeted by dozens of happy people, setting up tents, sweat lodges, picnics, campfires, and ceremonial circles.   Ed Mc Gaa, Eagle Man,  a member of the Oglala Lakota and author, was with us that day and I had an experience I'll never forget.

Being new to the world of metaphysics and all things "New Age," I'd had little experience with  group ceremonies where we stood in a circle holding hands, chanting and swaying.  But, knowing that the day was extremely important, one I'd never be able to replicate, I jumped in and grabbed hold of my neighbors hands.  Ed, wearing a ceremonial war bonnet, stood in the center of our circle.  I don't recall the words he said, or what he held in his hands, but after a few moments the wind picked up and a huge gray cloud came soaring in from the east.  Now these were no ordinary clouds, they were heavy, gray and angry, but Ed told us to hold hands and not let go.  As the wind screamed around us, and the clouds passed over, the air began to change and I looked up. What I saw brought shivers up and down my spine: Dozens of feet over our heads, two birds, I think they were eagles, flew in a tight circle.  By now, everyone was looking up and the beautiful white birds continued circling for at least 3 maybe 4 minutes before flying away.  Then the clouds broke and the sky was perfectly clear.

That was probably the most profound thing I've ever witnessed and impressed upon me so strongly that I carried it with me, weaving the mystical experience into my books.  After all, I did title the series of my book, the White Bird series.  

So now, twenty-five years later, I'm writing about that day, remembering and hoping that many more of you remember what you did on August 17, 1987.

BOOK II in the WHITE BIRD series, CRYSTAL BLUE SKY. NOW AVAILABLE

Hello!
I am not going to beat around the bush, making excuses as to why it has taken me so long to post a new blog, but let's face it, life is busy.  Okay, apology was made, sort of, and now we can get on with new business.  But I will say this, I will never allow such a long stretch of time occur between posts, it's just that everything that I needed to say, I wrote in my new book! And here it is: Book II in the "White Bird" series, "Crystal Blue Sky."
For today, I'll write up a quick synopsis for you and download a free book excerpt and book trailer.  I'll also download a PDF with the cast of characters, including of course characters from Book I, "Illuminating Crystal."  
I will also add, that I am babysitting a three-week-old kitten that my daughter is nursing since it lost its mama, and it is insisting on sitting on my chest as I type, so if there are any typos, blame it on baby Bently.

Synopsis for "Crystal Blue Sky."

Crystal Blue has learned her fate and begins the mission she was born to fulfill: She must travel the globe and walk between worlds to unveil the sacred knowledge of the ancients so humanity can ascend into the Fifth Age.

Unfortunately, the morning she and friend David plan to leave for South Dakota, Crystal awakens to find two serpentine tattoos around her neck, and a big, black dog named Wyndon lying by her bed.  Strangely enough, she has no idea where either has come from.  Feeling like someone has messed with her memory or played a trick on her, and still unnerved by her recently acquired blue-streaked hair; she’s now a bit paranoid and prickly.

Nonetheless, with her dog and friend by her side, she sets out to learn the secrets of the Oglala Lakota, ultimately strengthening her ghost, healing her past and cleansing her spirit with fire and water, all necessary to prepare her for the mission some fear may claim her life.

While Crystal walks between worlds, her mysterious and divine powers dawn bright and clear when she meets two of her soldiers, the man she loves, and many others, some welcome…some not.  Surprisingly, the journeys are exciting and she begins to accept her once-dreaded mission with newfound anticipation, knowing deep in her bones that her soldiers will be at her side when trouble draws near.

But something happens on an island in the North Pacific, something she did not expect.  One of her soldiers has fallen and a sacrifice must be made.  To save the life of this soldier, another’s must be forfeit, and the loss will break Crystal’s heart because he will be left behind and all alone.

Can she do this? Can she abandon him? Or will she sacrifice her mission to save him?

SCIENTIST COMMENT ON STRANGE SOUNDS

Good Morning! As I traveled around the news sources this morning, I happened upon an article from Scott.net: Signs of the Times.  I began reading the article, intrigued at the notion that these strange sounds being heard by people around the world are being attributed to the huge solar flares and the energy flows created by them, rushing towards Earth's surface to disrupt the magnetosphere, ionosphere and upper atmosphere.  But, as I continued reading, the article became much more intriguing because these scientists began discussing the possibility that the sounds might have come from Earth's inner core.  Now, because my theory (mind you this is not my theory alone, but many others share this notion as well) holds that these metallic, low-frequency noises are emanating from the center of our Earth, it tickles me that scientists might begin exploring the fact that our Earth's core is not a solid, molten sphere.  Of course they don't come right out and claim this, but my guess is that someday soon, they will begin looking more closely at the dynamics of Earth's inner core.

Now, you can ask me why I am so intrigued by all of this.  My answer of course would be that I am writing a series of novels in which characters from the first novel, Illuminating Crystal, describe an experience they had fifty years ago when they traveled to the center of the Earth--or so they claim.  Readers will have to discover for themselves if this trip is important to the plot as I like to challenge my readers, but nonetheless, I as the writer, am fascinated with Gaia, Earth's spirit, and I believe with all of my heart that she is getting ready to do a little dance, if you will.  She's done this before, and she'll do this again.  But I, along with many others, feel that she might be preparing to leave so that she can help create other Earths like ours.
Oh! You say.  Leave? Does that mean our earth will die? Well of course not.  We've passed the test and she's handing the reins over to us: finally.  She, a number of species, and many ancient energies, long-buried, are getting ready for another journey and they are leaving.  We are entering into a new age remember, and this time it is our turn.  The Hopi claim that we are entering into the age of the human.  We must be compassionate caretakers of our planet, each other, and the animals and plants which give so much back to us without thought for themselves.  Instead of taking from the Earth, the animals and the plants, we will need to start appreciating and sharing their energies, instead of it being a one-way street.  The good news is that this is already happening, even though it looks like our planet is going down the tubes, it's not.  More than ever before there are compassionate souls who are working with scientists, mathematicians, and engineers who are entrenched in the health and welfare of our planet and its' passengers: us.  Very soon we will begin hearing of these new discoveries, these new ways of growing food, building communities, and educating our children.  They are happening in small-pockets around the world but haven't yet garnered enough attention, but soon they will.

I don't know about you, but I love living in these times where so much is happening around our world.  We came here to play the game of being human and we've already won the game, we made it, we passed the test and we will not annihilate ourselves.  What once was a prophesy is now myth.  We aren't going anywhere. Even though Gaia is leaving, our Earth is not.

11:11 THE UNIVERSAL WINK

Wow..it happened again.  Not that I was surprised, but rather, delighted.  I caught the wink, the 11:11 wink.  You see, whenever you look at a digital clock and the neon numbers display 11:11, well, that means the universe, or the angels, your guides, or maybe all three is giving you a wink.  Telling you you're doing a great job staying present, in the moment, enjoying your 'nowness.' I know, that's not a word, but who cares, maybe it should be.  There are so many different theories out there about what it means when you see these numbers randomly, not meaning to see them, but during the day or night, your eyes pop up to the clock and voila, 11:11. Something nudged you to look, but what? And why? Someone once told me that whenever I felt compelled to look at the clock and these numbers appeared, it meant that the universe was tapping me on the shoulder, telling me that I was on the right track. This doesn't mean that at 11:09, if I look at the clock I can wait two minutes and look again. No. If this happens, then it's not the deal; it's not the wink. It's not the phenomenon, or the 'wake up call' that some claim it may mean. 

Is all this a coincidence? Can these four little numbers, or rather two little numbers actually be part of a deeper mission of spiritual Lightworkers who now walk the Earth? There are theories out there that claim this to be the case.  Maybe it is, I see these numbers all the time and every time that I do, I feel a little burst of energy.  Whether or not its because I laugh, feel clever, or like I won the game I don't know, but I do feel different. 

Actually, I've been hearing from more and more people that they're seeing 11:11 pop up on clocks and other places, and people want to know what this means.  Is there magic at work? What do these numbers really mean? We could look at the numerology factor.  11 is a double digit considered to be a Master or Power Number linked to what is called Masonic Numbers of our Reality. Some claim that seeing 11:11 frequently creates synchronicities and changes in one's life to understand reality and where consciousness is going. 

So, is this a phenomenon? Are there more people seeing this number now than, say, five years ago? Are we beginning to see this number more often now because we've passed the 11/11/11 date that so many people around the world claim is the date we began to ascend. Here is what Kryon has to say about this special set of numbers in a channel given in July, 2011 taken from http://www.kryon.com/k_channel11_sedona.html : 

"So here you have the two, the zero and the 11. What is the 11? Illumination! It is also the number of Kryon.     It is also the number you keep seeing on your clocks, do you not? That's not an accident, dear ones. Many of you are seeing the 11:11 synchronistically and have for more than 17 years. It is the symbol for the shift. It is the symbol of synchronicity that says to the old soul,"You have arrived at a place you knew you would be. Look, it's here. Look, it's here." It is not a mistake that you're seeing 11:11. Let me take a moment to say it's not fair if you look at 11:10 and stare at it for a while. [Laughter] 11:11 must present itself in its fullness when you don't expect it, over and over and over, out of the odds of chance.

Ahh, 11… illumination. Now, let's put them together. Don't add them up yet. What do we have? What is the meaning? Well, one meaning that we will give you is "the illumination of polarity." Did you think of that? What is this year about? The illumination of duality and polarity! If you illuminate something, you put light on it. Perhaps you are placing light on something that has been in the dark, something that gives you information you did not have before? Now, that really doesn't have the meaning when you add it up, which we haven't done yet, but it gives insight within the number you're about to add."

So dear friends, the next time you see 11:11, stop and feel the subtle energies around you. The 11:11 is a wake up call you sent to yourself. A reminder of your true purpose on Earth. Usually during times of heightened energy or accelerated personal change, you will notice 11:11 more frequently. It is a powerful confirmation that you are on the right track.

A MESSAGE FROM CRYSTAL BLUE

Hey!

What a privilege this is! My creator, PB, is allowing me to share a bit of wisdom with you today. Dude, how exciting is this! Maybe if all goes well with this little visit, she might let me do this again.  Bloody brilliant, yes? After all, I am involved in some pretty amazing adventures where I can walk between worlds and travel inter-dimensionally, so why not? It could happen, ye know!
As some of you know, I am the main character in PB's novel, "Illuminating Crystal," and as yet I am a bit overwhelmed with my mission's duties, having just been attacked and tattooed by a large serpent, removed of my memories, and thrown into a helluva story where I really have no choice but to...well I shouldn't give too much away, but I am a bit busy at the moment. I understand there is some bloody strange sounds being heard all around the world.  I think David and I might have an idea of what these sounds could be. You remember David? He's the dude that saved me from bleeding to death in the 7-11, the one who is now decoding the manuscript that I've been warned to stay away from.  And believe you me, I intend on heeding this warning, I get tweaky thinking of what happened to me after I found the blasted thing.  Oh, and David is also a cryptologist and a physicist and quite brilliant.
So, as PB explains at the beginning of Book One in my story, "Illuminating Crystal," there is a large blue crystal in the center of our Earth. She explains that many claim the center of our earth is solid. And that...what? Oh, PB told me to just insert this description right here:

THE BLUE CRYSTAL

  Crystals hold the highest vibration in the mineral kingdom. The blue crystal, a powerful and rare specimen discovered in remote areas of the world—which only a half dozen cases of discovery have been reported—holds the highest.

Three of these specimens’ whereabouts are known: NASA keeps one, the Vatican another and one particularly large specimen sits in a remote museum; the rest are as yet unaccounted for.

There is another one, however, that will never be found. Scientists speculate that the inner core of the earth is a primarily solid sphere—they are wrong. A giant blue crystal, smaller than the moon but more beautiful than the sun, makes up earth’s inner core: The spirits of the ancients dwells there and they wait for the blue serpent, the one who has the power to release them.

Okay, is that brilliant or what? Well, anyway, we believe, David, the others who are traveling with us, and I, we truly believe that this blue crystalline chamber's frequency is beginning to vibrate higher which is part of the Earth's crystalline grid, and part of the shift that is occurring right now on planet Earth. You see, humanity is evolving, mass consciousness is evolving, their vibrational frequencies are raising, and along with this, the planet is evolving as well.  One cannot evolve without the other. Many indigenous cultures have spoken of this very thing often enough. The Hopi say we are now entering into the Fifth World, the next age where the Blue Star Kachina will return.  On the Hopi reservation, near Oraibi, there is Prophecy Rock which depicts two kinds of humans: those who stay close to the land and those who do not.  Click here to read about their prophecy and draw your own conclusions.  

There will be anomalies and supernatural events that many will not be able to explain, because frankly, these events have never, ever happened before. There will be plenty of speculations because this is the year many have been waiting for.  Right? But do not fear these strange sounds.  Understand that our Earth is alive and well and will not begin to fall apart.  On my travels, I've spoken with some of the Shamans from these tribes and they do not wonder what these strange sounds are.  They are not saying that they are 'trumpets' or 'sky booms' or 'apocalyptic warnings' or 'Earth core meltdowns' as I understand that these theories are exploding all over your internet. These peculiar, sometimes metallic-like sounds are most likely not warnings from Earth of an alien invasion, referring to the first link. Dude, really? Aliens? Come on, this will never, ever happen.  Never. Our brain's are not being programmed to 'hear' these sounds so we become paranoid and easily over-taken by an alien invasion.  And Gaia's core is not destabilizing, rather it is evolving, attuning itself to humanity's higher vibrations. Actually, it is incredible, don't you think? I mean, Jaypers! We are witness to events never seen before in the history of humanity! Do not fear these changes! Embrace them and realize that we chose to be here right now at this exciting time in Earth's and mankind's evolution.  Our universe is benevolent, supports life, and does not look to destroy! Sorry, I get a bit dramatic about these things now.  I am in the thick of it, you know? And, as my dear friend Cosmo says, "I am a dramatic little thing." 

Well, I have to return to my story now.  I can't tell you what I am doing exactly, because I myself don't really know.  I do know that it is really dark and I'm probably going to be meeting someone that may try to hurt me.  But I'm not afraid.  I have Wyndon and Adam is not far away.  It was lovely to visit with you, and remember, we are divine creatures that cannot be ruled by tyrants any longer.  We are now the butterflies, traveling freely over our Earth.  Follow  your heart and pursue your dreams.  There is no greater time in history to do this than now.

INVITE YOUR SOUL INTO YOUR LIFE

Good day to you! I have been remiss as of late and I apologize, but frankly, I've had nothing to say.  Well, let me re-phrase that, I've had something to say, but it took me a few weeks to formulate my idea and then transfer them from my mind to my pen. I'm not the kind of writer who is able to instantly pull something from thin air and write about it.  If I have to, I can.  For instance, at present I am a student at Saint Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota and I will be expected to write about a dozen lesson plans in the upcoming two months, as I am in the final stages of classroom instruction for my Elementary Education Degree, along with dozens of hours of Fieldwork in the near future.  I have no choice in the matter. I look forward to the challenge, but I fear that it may be one of the reasons that I cannot formulate any creative ideas for my blog.  

Therefore..I have decided to write about an incredible experience I had a few weeks back with the help of my dear friend and teacher, Adamas.  As many of you already know, I am a staunch supporter of the channelings of Adamas by Geoffrey Hoppe of The Crimson Circle.  This particular individual has often-times inspired me to step out of my comfort zone and express myself fully.  This being one of the reasons that I could gather the courage I needed to publish my first novel, "Illuminating Crystal,", the novel for which I am so very proud of.  

But I digress, let's get back to Adamas and his message which was, "Invite your soul into your life."  I had to ask myself, "What? Invite my soul into my life? I thought I already had done that." Well, as it happens most of us haven't.  We haven't been able to because the energies weren't set up for that kind of intimate relationship between our human selves and our divine soul, walking hand-in-hand on this planet.  Mind you, there have been those Masters and Avatars that were able to do this, but it took great effort on their parts, hours and hours of meditation, years of training with other Masters, and often times painful situations forcing them to look within for answers.  

But now, as my friend Kryon says, we are in the middle of a 36-year cycle of galactic alignment, which places us smack dab in the middle of the greatest shift in the history of humanity where we are only months away from a date in which many believe will be the 'end.'.  No, no, it's not the 'end', but rather a shift, one in which we can ascend and this time we don't need to die in order to ascend.  What? You ask! What do you mean by that? Well, according to my teachers, both here and behind the veil, humanity is ascending into the next level of awareness.  Of course many don't know this.  I lay all this out in my novel, as my character David Lange explains this phenomena on pages, 156-162 to Crystal when he attempts to convince her of her life's mission. And I invite you to do your own research with this, ask your own questions.  What does it mean to ascend? How can I continue being a human being if I have ascended? Please, ask these questions to those who you feel comfortable and settle on your own answers, but do ask. But this particular shift is creating a certain phenomena which is thinning our veil which separates us from our 'higher selves' our 'God selves' our 'soul.' 

And now, for the very first time since we came to this planet, we can invite our souls into our lives.  After all, they too would like to experience this fascinating time.  It is now possible, to share our lives with that part of us that many of us believe has resided in the astral planes, guiding us and inspiring us to be all that we can be...but until now separated from us.  I will share with you Adamas's last channel, one in which we first pulled together 12 tools and tips for 2012 we could share with friends and family when they ask us: "How do you stay so calm in the midst of all this confusion and chaos, when our economy is tanking, the weather is extreme, the political arena is violent, and change is happening all over the world?" 
And finally, on page 36  he guided us through a meditation in which we invited our souls into our lives.  It is simple, loving, empowering and incredibly powerful.  Here it is in a text PDF: "The Gift."                             

And so I leave you with this simple message for this day: "Be grateful for this special and unique relationship that you can now have with your divine self, learn to listen with your heart, and don't forget to play."

GOOD BYE TO 2011: HELLO 2012

Wow...can it  already be the end of the year? Wasn't it just yesterday that we up here in the Northland,  stared out of our windows, waiting for the first glimpse of green grass, praying to the God of our choosing that no more snow would fall from the sky? Last year's winter was almost, if not totally, too much for me to bear.  I do not recall a longer, snowier, nastier winter.  We Minnesotans are not used to brown Christmases, but I declare that this year I did not mind, not one tiny bit as I have yet to recover from last year's blast.  However, as the snow fell, the winds blew, the rains came, the oceans rose, and the grounds shook, I was not at all surprised, for I was warned, no that's not right, I was informed that 2011 was the Year of Gaia.

For those of us who follow numerology, 2011 is a '4' year (2+0+1+1=4) and Gaia's number is '4.'  How do I know this.  Well, I happen to be a follower of the lovely Pepper Lewis who channels Gaia, and this is what she told us.  Gaia ( Mother Earth) is the soul of our planet.  This incredible soul animates our planet and makes life on earth possible.  She, like humanity, is changing, evolving and the auspicious weather challenges that the world has seen over the last twelve months has shown us that Gaia is not subtle, she can't be...and she doesn't need to be.  After all, we need to understand that she is benevolence itself, offering us all that she has at every turn without asking anything in return.  If she needs to shake a bit and saturate her skin with large amounts of moisture so that her plates can shift easier, I for one will not stand in her way.  I will send her light, love and compassion as often as I remember to and I would encourage everyone else to do the same.  She's willing to go the distance and we couldn't play this game of being human without her.  So, I bid 2011 adieu and look ahead to tomorrow.

2011 is behind us, and the year 2012 is knocking at our door.  This is the year we've been waiting for. The year that doomsayers claim will be the end of times, the end of all things, the end of life as we know it.  I for one don't believe that, not in the literal sense anyway.  It may be the end of times, yes, energetically speaking.  The end of an old age, the end of a way of living that needs to change, the end of life as many know it who have wished in the quiet moments, kneeling by their bedside, whispering to their creator to unleash upon them a life of abundance, goodness and mercy.  These are the times that are coming....the winds bring change, and mind you, there are ferocious winds out there sweeping across the plains as we speak.  Do these winds blow out the old  year, or bring in the new? Possibly, if not most likely, both.

So, why do you think so much attention has been put upon this one year among many? Many of you know of the looming date which so many have talked about for decades....12/21/12.  The day that the Mayan calendar ends. We humble humans who sit in our armchairs wondering about this propitious date cannot imagine, really, what the Mayans were getting at, putting a day to the end of the world.  As if that's going to really happen.  Every second of every day potentials change depending on choices being made.  No one can predict an event happening...no one. But did the Mayans actually predict a doomsday event or did they rather predict a transition time period?  I allude to this in my novel, "Illuminating Crystal," when David Lange, the physics professor, is educating my main character, Crystal, about the Harmonic Convergence of 1987.  He explains that many people fear this date as the media tends to dwell on the negative aspects looming ahead.  My character also explains that this is not a date to be feared, but rather a date to look forward to because it will be a date that ushers in a time of transition to a New Age. An age where the divine feminine comes of age, an age that brings balance and harmony to an unbalanced world.  Sounds good to me.

So then why are so many people wrapped up in the idea that on this particular date the world is going to end? Are they caught up in some kind of religious rapture? Let's take a look at some different websites that explore the various ideas surrounding this auspicious event:
